Its in process and god knows when they will start processing those files. Indian flight ban, Covid waves. TRV was quick with PHAC. But TRV for spouse is difficult.

I filed PR under CEC class in Feb 2020 with inland spouse and daughter. Due to some reason, we had to travel back to home country i.e India before this flight ban. Somehow, I landed to canada but my wife and daughter are still in India. May i know that Do we all have to be in canada to get PR or it can be given to the person who is in Canada and later on , it can be issued to Spouse and daughter after then land in Canada.?

I have informed IRCC my situation through web form. Anyone in similar situation ?
Please help !!

Yes all are 2021! It seems IRCC working on 2021 files but not touching 2020 or even 2019.

My husband already have TRV for ten years but IRCC refused to give authorization letter which I applied few months before.I also applied OWP and dependent visa for my daughter which also rejected .no ways to meet family .

I am 2021 applicant with Outland dependents but getting nothing .7th month of processing has been started.

Hey I need urgent help. I submitted my express entry application with Outland dependent on 2nd July. Today my representative told me that they got call from immigration like there were glitch in the system and my fees get refund and ask me pay again after one month. Does it will effect processing time. Is there anything wrong with application?? Please I need honest advice and I am so tense.

This is a memorandum where they requested to do that and for a memorandum if approved would have announced by IRCC on the website . This was not approved , the same was asked in on of FB groups and @legalfalcon clarified on that .

It si not sure if it was approved or not, and there was no announcement. Also, even if it was approved, it is now expired, unless another one is in place.

This is why you have to look into the totality of circumstances surrounding the issue and not just one document.

To return to Canada, you need a valid visa. As long as you have a valid visa, work permit, and job offer you can enter. If your visa expires, you will have to get a new one from the country you are in.
