Oh well."The responsible office is currently reviewing the application and the next step would be the ceremony."
"Furthermore, the request for urgent processing has been received but not completed by office."
Some notes given to the MPs office by IRCC regarding my file. Nothing new lol
Thank you Raj!I have updated the September entry with oath and the June entry for your wife too.

So, to summarize, it does seem that my application is rotting away in Registry. Can anyone advise what is my best course of action next?
To the last point, my BG checks are still In Progress, while Criminality is passed. My spouse's BG checks are Completed. Do you think this means I'll be getting a FP request ?I used poor choice of words back then. My apologies.
Registry, according to what @rafzy mentioned (he clarified it with IRCC call center), is where the applications are kept waiting to be worked on by an officer.
Looks like your application has been sitting in the Scarborough registry since April 2021 with no action on the application.
Are your BG checks "Completed"? I see that your criminality is done. If you BG checks say "In Progress", then it means "Security" clearance is still pending from CSIS.
No. Your criminality is completed so you likely won't receive a FP request. Your security is still in progress (and this is done by CSIS). This is what is causing the delay in your application from what I know.To the last point, my BG checks are still In Progress, while Criminality is passed. My spouse's BG checks are Completed. Do you think this means I'll be getting a FP request ?
I am just wondering, in which ground IRCC set/determines the due dates? Is it set on random/speculation?Thanks Raj.

So, to summarize, it does seem that my application is rotting away in Registry. Can anyone advise what is my best course of action next?
Due dates are initially set at 10 months from when the application went to "In Process".I am just wondering, in which ground IRCC set/determines the due dates? Is it set on random/speculation?
@rajkamalmohanram any idea?
