Any thoughts on this?Any updates on non-sds March or April?
Also, if non-sds files are in India office does that mean we might get a decision in the day time IST?
Bro how do you know that they aren't getting salary .... Government officer get salary even when they are at home for just doing nothing .Let us have sympathy on them and refrain from cursing anyone.I know IRCC officers have ruined our hopes, but they have their own struggle with organizational budgets and their own monthly salaries.
It is not easy to perform as a human being if salary is not paid on time or paid in half or in installment.Their services are also stretched beyond capacity.
As of 2019,there were only 46 IRCC employees at three visa offices in India, out of which only 43 were at New Delhi. That's very limited given the number of applications in all categories.
Ooh then it's fine .. you have thrown me in the sea of hopes .. thanks brotherThat friday ultimatum was for SDS category. They will finish giving out decisions of May SDS applicant and then comes the March/April Non-SDS applicants. So as long as we receive news that May SDS applicants are receiving decisions in bulk then its good news because as soon as they wrap up those cases we can hope for our decision too.
Bro but wait a min... SDS application are processed from Ottawa r8?? And this delhi officers are processing non SDS so why are not giving decision currently? They should also start.... this is my pov! That friday ultimatum was for SDS category. They will finish giving out decisions of May SDS applicant and then comes the March/April Non-SDS applicants. I agree, at this point toxicity wont help. Just some support from both sides would definitely help.Let us have sympathy on them and refrain from cursing anyone.I know IRCC officers have ruined our hopes, but they have their own struggle with organizational budgets and their own monthly salaries.

Yes,that's very concerning, all refusal letters under SDS category from India that I have seen till date, have been issued from Ottawa, the IRCC employees in New Delhi should prioritize non SDS applications, after all starting dates for classes are same for everyone.Bro but wait a min... SDS application are processed from Ottawa r8?? And this delhi officers are processing non SDS so why are not giving decision currently? They should also start.... this is my pov!
Exactly!!!!why they are not working on our files?Bro but wait a min... SDS application are processed from Ottawa r8?? And this delhi officers are processing non SDS so why are not giving decision currently? They should also start.... this is my pov!
Unbelievable man. My application will complete 4 months on 28th and now I am thinking I should finally ask over a webform, only thing to worry if my process would slow down even more if I send one (as told by the VO in the webinar). No idea what to do.Idk what is wrong with them. Such roller coasters. After the flood yesterday, they declared a dry day today. I mean whaaaatttt. People who applied on July 13th are receiving answers as I type this. Like something’s seriously wrong.
Not one soul who ACTUALLY applied in time or bio before lockdown has had results. (Save a few here and there)
Can it be slower than what it is. I mean atleast via webform we can put some focus or pressure. Even I'm thinking of raising now that 4 months are nearly up.Unbelievable man. Raise webforms. Write emails. By all means. See if they fall on deaf ears. Can it be slower than what it is. I mean atleast via webform we can put some focus or pressure. Even I'm thinking of raising now that 4 months are nearly up.
If we know our visa office i.e. Neh Delhi, shall we send one there and risk not getting a reply? Or send using the general webform link?Raise webforms. Write emails. By all means. See if they fall on deaf ears.
I have myself done it all. And you should. Its your right.

I think it is time we hold IRCC accountable through other official channels, only other than emails and webforms. If we know our visa office i.e. Neh Delhi, shall we send one there and risk not getting a reply? Or send using the general webform link?
