Yes you have to enter full name as on your passport village name and then Punjab, if after that still you are unable to add application, try removing space in between village name for example add XYZ,Punjab and second example add XYZ Punjab. Try this for sure u will succeed.

Hey,
I got my eCOPR - June 23rd (Linked PR card application on my CIC account the same day)
1st GU on PR card application - July 14th
2nd update PR card approved & mailed - July 22nd

VO - Etobicoke.

You are lucky man .. even I tried by making all corrections .. it’s not working and portal shows in progress ..

i called yesterday agent said photo n add is accepted
but in portal only add is accepted not photo

im still waiting for my approval got 1st GU on july 16th

Is there a Pdf attached to your 1st portal email, its says in the bottom about your VO (example: Etobicoke) in the signature, also in the subject line of the email as well!
