Applied at 12:30 pm EST. Called IRCC to just get some info. The agent checked and I don’t have a temporary application number. These people are so slow. I might just apply under express entry next month.

I have an invitation, yesterday I filled all the forms and uploaded all the documents for CEC. Only submit button pressed is left.
If I apply and get AOR, 1700$ is gone (with spouse).
I saw someone got copr under CEC within 2 months, and also saw someone got after 285 Days recently.
I don't know what to do Really. never been that much unsure

if you already applied under Tr to Pr then you should weight,
but now CEC is not taking much time if you submit all documents at once.

You need the BIL letter. You will need to present that paper once you are at Service Canada
If you have the money... go ahead.. Worst-best case you will loose the Processing Fee only....

Nope if you got your BIL already. Then print that letter and book your appointment at nearest service canada centre for the soonest date avaialble.
and for linking we only need temporary number right and that we can get in email or we can call agent and ask if its available or not?
You can't link with temp number wait for at least a week from now on to receive AOR in the email. then you will be able to link it.
Your information is inserted into the system after doing an initial check. That's when the temporary number is generated. When your application is assigned to a visa officer, your temporary number without the "X" will be your application number, only then you can link your application
