I received the ppr on 19march from ottawa visa office but due to lockdown in india my passport was returned unstamped. Today I receive another ppr. I am just confused

We received remedical request in our gckey just now. We have done our medical on November 19, 2020 and received DM on February 26th, 2021.
It's odd that we're being requested for a medical again. The only difference with this new request is that we have a 30 day time period in which to do it unlike before where we had 90 days.
Has anyone else received such a request today?
