hi. I'm in Canada and was denied refugee claim in 2015. I appealed and was still denied. My immigration consultant applied for family sponsorship via common law with my baby dad right away and that's 1 year now. I received my file number but yet to receive anything else. My refugee claim paper expired August 16, 2weeks ago. Can I apply to skl as an international student while waiting on my sponsorship to complete?

You currently have no status in Canada. You can't apply for a study permit while out of status in Canada.
What is the options for get back a valid status, after get denied from refugee. I got refused is 2015 after I did appleal. And I took admission in college with a valid study permit. After finished my 2 years diploma course I applied for post-graduation work permit but because of my denied refugee case I only got 1 year work permit which is not a post-graduation work permit. Now what I can do. Am I eligible for Exress entry or PNP. Please help with, I am really in dipeession now.

You're classified as being out of status in Canada - so you cannot apply for PR through Express Entry or PNP. Only those with valid status in Canada can apply for PR. You would need to leave Canada to be able to apply for PR. Also - your work experience in Canada cannot be counted towards any immigration program since it was gain while you were applying for refugee status.
while waiting for refugee claim decision pending, i stuided in college. after claim denied and come back home country with departure order. again to canada after 3 years with manitoba pnp and expepress entry. right now can i count my education in canada count point. please advice me
I finished my first semester in normal study permit and after i applied refugee and after another 3 semester I finished under refugee claim studies.
I had 2 years course and also finished my studies under claim. Also I got work permit while waiting for claim decision.
You can claim your education but not as Canadian education. You needed a study permit.

You can count your education in FSW but can’t count it as Canadian education as stated in the link.
