This forum is mostly about sponsoring family members to become permanent residents.

Your scenario is really about as a spouse accompanying on a student visa - you will get more appropriate answers if you post in the student visa forum.

Have you ever lived together for more than 12 months?

Since you have a TRV you can go and get married in Canada (be sure to check requirements esp about your divorce documents) and remain for the time allowed (typically up to six months). As for the accompanying-student-spouse, separate matter and you'll have to look into that. They will of course be checking to make sure the relationship is genuine and the age difference may be a factor, but not in and of itself - alone - a decisive factor in deciding the relationship is not genuine; other evidence of the relationshp will matter.

So in December 2020 you wrote this , (see link )but now you wrote you’ve been in a relationship for three years ?

Guess, different strokes for different folks , but people aren’t stupid….
When people put genuine relationship in caps, usually means it’s not…..

In such case of age difference, it will not be easy. Ircc will see it a major concern and You will need to prove a lot to balance it out - prove you live together, make a big wedding with all the relatives, proof of honeymoon and LOTS of photos.
Otherwise, ircc wont believe a 26 yr old man marries a 43 yr old woman is genuine.
I have NO age difference and ircc never believed my genuine. You do the math dear.

It will only be possible for you to get a visa to travel with him to Canada if you either get married or have lived together continuously for at least one year and are common law. You would need to do this before coming to Canada.
