do you also suggest I should make a GIC account for my Son with 10K CAD. Though it is not a mandatory requirement if you apply from UAE for Student Visa. But I can make a GIC investment certificate on my Son account in Canada. During the first application process I have shown liquidity of 50,000 CAD in my various bank accounts, bonds & securities, apart from 3 properties in India and UAE.

I am sponsoring my Son studies and for the fund related issue, as noted by the VO, I know the issue since I have multiple bank saving certificate and investments, maybe that would have confused. I will summaries it to have clear view on the available funds. any other suggestion related to fund to note?
I would also need your expert advice which point you think should I improve, as my Son has took a break from studies for a year and started to work and then covid happened and he couldn't start his study again and he was working until March 2021
He pass his 12th in 2018 and now applying for Dip in International trade as he want to build his carrier in this field.

He should apply for a Bachelor's degree at a public university, and for a meaningful program that will open doors for him to pursue a solid career in the future. He should also write his own study plan and passionately explain his future goals - short, medium, long term - and how this study in Canada would help him achieve them.

How old is he? Maybe your son should look at different countries rather than applying to a private college in Canada for a 2 year program that has limited career opportunities. A diploma in international trade with high school education is not going to give him any career advancement in his home country. Also it seems he can’t afford his studies. He doesn’t live in his home country so needs to show strong ties.
he is 20 year, the dip course he want to purse will help him in is career and in future to support my business. I am sponsoring his expenses and shown enough proof of fund, this i will clarify again to the VO. He is staying with me in Dubai and we also own a house in Dubai, my Son residency permit of UAE is under my sponsorship
Right so if he is supporting your business then why does he need a diploma in international trade from a private (not public) bilingual college in Quebec. Again makes no sense. You keep saying “I will clarify”. It is not you applying, it is your son. He is 20 so needs to show his own ties not yours.
It's very clear to the visa officer that the applicant is trying to immigrate and stay in Canada. No one is going to believe you have to fly all the way to Montreal to study in a private college just to work in a family business in India.

That is a very quick rejection. Every reason for refusal was given so officer doesn’t believe your son is a genuine student. You must address all reasons.

I would like to elucidate that I live in the UAE with my parents and my sister I completed all my schooling in here. UAE is my second home; I share a great bond with the people and community here. Other than closely related family, I have many friends residing here. I am well acquainted to the culture and we have been good residents of the country. I have resident permit of UAE, under my father's sponsorship which is renewed every year. My father resident permit is sponsored by his company, which is renewed every three years. My mother & sister have resident permit of UAE, under my father sponsorship and renewed every three years.
We own a property in Dubai where we presently live (Ref Financial Support Document: Exhibit D).
In the future picture, I certainly see myself living with my parents in UAE, as they approach a certain age in which they will need all my support. Moreover, my elder sister will be getting married by end of this year and moving out, this makes it evident that my parents will be on their own in the coming years. My parents have been very considerate towards all my needs and that being said I ought to do the same for them. Being the only son I am bound to come back thus making my ties to my family and country of residence undeniably profound.

You don't seem to fully understand what the crux of your rejection is.
It's about the choice of study not making sense, period. From your notes:

Attempting to address home ties is majoring on the minor. Even the VO clearly said he is less worried about your home ties because you have no employment prospect, as a result of your program choice:

Everything else is secondary. Like we have unanimously advised you here: your son needs to change his program of study to one that will give him better prospects and career in the future. A diploma in an obscure program will not do that.

Of course I understand you point for the choice of course and I am preparing a separate explanation for that. which I will share once ready. I idea for me posting the LOE for Family tie, coz I need to clarify VO concern as stated in the rejection letter, which also included one of the reason as "weak family tie"
