Mid July onwards when VFS clears the backlogs and gives its green signal to embassy that they are all set to handle mass PPRs, only then we may receive decisions (for those like me who lodged a complete (including biometrics and medicals) file before June 21 when biometrics resumed in India).
Like Metallica said- "Sad But True". Logic is frigged up but this is what seems to me now too.

Oh gosh wow. So glad for your friends. I am yet to receive the pasport submission email. Are they asking for 2 way courier or in-person dropping?
I am not satisfied with your response based on my Section 420 (12) of forum-behavior-code. I am not satisfied you are bona fide glad for my friends.

How are you glad for my friends? Even I am not glad for my friends, they already had the PPR, stamping could follow with me -.-

Anywhooo....2W courier only. No dropping.

In-person is a social crime if it is not biometrics. Even courier companies are sending BOTS at our doors ya know?

Yes I don’t think they’re permitting drop-ins for now, if at all.
My passport was picked up today by a blue dart courier and they’re sending everyone courier details, so no drop-ins

Picked up already? Wow. When did you get your PPR? I'm hoping my love letter is on its way.

Ahaha I received my passport request on the 15th of April , and I made the two-pay payment on the 18th of April

@Alpha_Wolf , why not , I’m sure I’ll bump into you somewhere at UofT:D
Definitely bruhh. Which campus btw? Rotman is St. George so just in the heart of downtown. If you are a masters and interested in starting up, you will know a guy at the CDL Toronto ;)

If we can trust her words from the webinar, next week should RAIN PPRs. Lets see.
Hoping for the best. Frankly, at this juncture, I've lost all faith in IRCC, and take everything they say with a pinch of salt. Hope they stick to their word this time, and don't come up with another last-minute excuse. This visa application process has been far more harrowing than the actual university application process.

Seriously man. They have another webinar lined up. Lets see what goes on there. I believe it will just be a relay of old news.
The time Feb-March-April applicants start getting PPR, it gets real from there.

They did repeatedly commit on the6th Aug deadline so am sure there isn’t much time left anyway. Next week is the penultimate week anyway.

Same thing again, they usually do webinars after there's a bit of unrest, like mass tweets or public outcry on decisions etc. Hope people ask good questions in the end -that is the most important part of the webinar.

Hope the host asks the ‘good questions’.
Its anyway no time left... For meeting the6th Aug deadline they have to begin releasing next week.
