TR to Pr pathway

Good afternoon, I applied for permanent residency through Tr to Pr, but i mistakenly placed my pcc under mu husband documents and my husband pcc under mine. Is their any way i can report that mistake. Or that will be reason for refusal??

Not an issue, when the officer looks at both PCC's they'd be able to place it in the correct order.
