Has any June 2020 inland applicant received any updates? My boss's wife got her approval even though she applied under spousal and the estimated normal processing time for such applications is 18 months.
Same boat here. Absolutely no movement since October. Starting to think of withdrawing and reapplying....No updates so far. I’m inland. Just saw a ghost update on my app, nothing visible to my eye. It’s been over a year now. Canada has been quite disappointing on this point so far
Do you know of anyone else in the same situation? Because almost everyone I know have received their PR even if they applied much later in November 2020 and Jan 2021.No updates so far. I’m inland. Can you not have 2 applications at once? Do you have to withdraw your old application to submit a new one?Same boat here. Absolutely no movement since October. Starting to think of withdrawing and reapplying....
No, I don’t know anyone else. I have a dependent Outland, so I think that’s the reason why my case takes more time. However today I had a second ghost update on my profile, seems something is happening on their end. I really hope soDo you know of anyone else in the same situation? June 2020, Inland CEC. Dead - absolutely dead profile.Has any June 2020 inland applicant received any updates? My boss's wife got her approval even though she applied under spousal and the estimated normal processing time for such applications is 18 months.
I feel the exact same way. That the officer either quit or retired and my application is now just stuck somewhere in the system and it's not alloted to anyone. Atleast you know your application is approved. Since getting GCMS notes doesn't speed up the process, I didn't get them. And now I'm too anxious to get them. Idk. My anxiety is off the charts and it's affecting everything in my life.June 2020, Inland CEC. Dead - absolutely dead profile.
I received one more GCMS note. The same thing, Everything was - Pass last year.
Application on final approval since December 2020. 8 months on Final Approval.
Honestly, start believing that Officer who was handling my application retired and forgot to hand over my application...
What's that way? I don't think you can force anything when it comes to IRCC. Maybe you're thinking of requesting a reply by involving an MP but even that doesn't help. They'll give the exact same answer as you get through webforms/calls .I heard there is a way that you can force an agency to give you an answer if said agency has gone over the allotted time for a particular process, in our case, our applications. Has anyone ever done this before?
