I wonder the same thing! I know people who applied in Jan, Feb, heck march 2021 and they already have their PR. How the hell did they process those applications way before ours? There is no way to even draw the attention of the officer to our applications. There is no where you can seek help to...

I've been waiting the same time as you. AOR: 17 June 2020. Since May 2021 they said everything else is approved except for security which they have not even started yet. So they're telling me that my application has been just sitting there for June, July and August? It takes them 3 months to...

Tried doing this. The MP office inquired on my behalf and after 2 weeks, they gave me the exact same reply as the client support. "Covid blah blah... Wait blah blah.." I am clueless as I've done everything I could and I don't know of any other options to help. My BOWP expires in 2 months.

No. I don't know if it'll help. I've heard that the notes are independent of the processing office. Hence I didn't get them.

I called them yesterday and I was finally able to get hold of a helpful and polite agent. He informed me that my application is stuck at the security stage for a few months now. The officer hasn't even started looking at it yet. :(

That is absolutely crazy! The guy is as lucky as one can get I guess in this case. 6 weeks? It took 4 months just to get the appointment for biometrics. Also, after being able to get a helpful and polite client support agent, I was able to find out that my application is stuck at the security...

Damn. That's scary.:( I just hope they atleast inform us if they are confused about something. From my perspective there is nothing complex in my application. Anyway, thanks for responding. With people posting their PR news, I almost felt like I was the only one left out.

Oh god. They haven't started my security either. Do you think they consider my application complex too? I have proven my experience in 2 different companies I've worked with all the necessary details. Even provided them T4s. Don't know what else they consider "complex"

Is application complex? My application is very straightforward. Single, no dependents, inland (exempt from travel restrictions)... June 2020. Still no updates.
