No. To apply for Express Entry under CEC(Canadian Experience Class) , you need to have at least 1 year of work experience under NOC code 0, A or B.

This is what they written in the refusal letter....
"The offer of employment provided from employer <company name> is an
offer of employment for a work permit extension and have no indication that you possesses a
valid job offer for at least 1 year after you became permanent resident neither you do not have a
valid work permit issued under a valid LMIA, more precisely your work permit is issued for
intra-company transferees therefore I am not satisfied that you possess a valid offer of arranged
employment as noted above."

It seems generic template, same reason was mention for my friend as well.

No I did not applied for BOWP. Mine PGWP is valid until April 2022. You do not worry brother you will get PR before expiry of your WP.

This is the second one I received that happened on a Saturday. How likely is it a glitch?

I may call IRCC later this week and see if anything has been completed or needs review. Last time after the first update they told me they were doing my criminal background check, so I'm assuming that first GU could have passed the eligibility section.

Background check: Online Status says - Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check

No updates since then, I would like to know the following if somebody could answer

- Would they have started other steps without updating the status like BC, Security check, info sharing etc..
- How long would it take from here to get a PPR
- I would like to travel to India now, would it have any impact on the processing?
- Also, should i apply for GCMS notes now since its almost 4 months since AOR and how long would it take for GCMS notes to be provided

I had submitted RCMP for me and my wife along with application submission but today I received a letter to submit a set of original fingerprints RCMP Criminal Record Check for my wife. Am I supposed to scan and send the same copy or need to go for a new RCMP?

I got a same thing for my husband .I had submitted his rcmp upfront.I sent them same rcmp again on June 2nd.

Thanks but it seems they need new RCMP fingerprint to be done. Why they will ask to submit a copy of the earlier one?
