PNP Paper Based PR Application - VO is Transferred to Etobicoke in 2021

I just came across this sub-thread and want to share my experience with etobicoke IRCC office. It May be helpful to someone.

My Ecas status changed to 'Application Received ' from 'In Process' somewhere in the first week of May 2021 (I don't remember exactly when).

Then on May 10, 2021 I got ADR ( Schedule A) from etobicoke ircc office directly.

They confirmed the reception of documents after 3-4 days and ADR status changed to " We are reviewing on same day".

GU : June 11, 2021 ( Called IRCC- Security passed)

DM: June 16, 2021

Your visa office should be a vancouver.

No I specifically asked IRCC agent when my ECas status changed to 'AR'.

They mentioned as primary office being changed to etobicoke then. MY ADR request was from etobicoke id as well.

But the post decision made steps were done by Vancouver IRCC.

Thanks for information!! Is ADR only Schedule A? No T4 for the latest two years and employment letter?
When did you submit the document?
Didn't you receive ADR after that?
Do you know when your ECAS changed from application received to In process?

Yes, only updated schedule A was requested. Nothing else.
I submitted the very next day of request.
No ADR was requested after that.
ECAS changed back to 'In Process' on June 12, 2021 (Next business day after ghost update and security passed). I believe Ecas gets updated once a day.

Yes, it says on their website “updated daily”, but I can’t figure out at what time of the day?

My observation and experience is : check around 6 pm of your local time zone in Canada and there's a high probability you will see an updated ECAS.

This is the timeline of applicants who are transferred to Etobicoke. See the last column that is the date from ADR1 submit to DM. Date increases. Hope some got DM this week.

Yes, I got new work permit in the end of JUNE too. But I didn't send and update it to IRCC.

Do we need to update new work permit? I don't think so.

It seems like we don’t need to because it doesn’t make sense to send IRCC something back that they issued to you, but it’s in common sense, normal world. In theirs “bureaucracy world” I won’t be surprised that that’s what they want us to do.
