I submitted my photo via Portal on May 19th and is still under review.
I linked my application but there is nothing there, not even a GU so far
Is this normal? I`ve seen a lot of people that submitted via portal after that receiving PR card already.

Mine is also Etobicoke, I got the CoPR on 16 I think you may get it soon as I think now they are processing May ones

Its is not necessary to link PR card . It is just for to get update when they approve and mail your card

Yes, I will be a different number. However, the first Pr card is auto generated after you become a PR.
