Yes, I am able to link PR card application successfully to my CIC account.

I got eCoPR on 29th June but whenever I try to link it is not able to find it...I tried with PR card application nbr (R***), UCI etc all combinations...which option worked for you?

In the column "city/town of birth", do not just type the city name. Type the whole thing that is listed under "place of birth" on your E-CoPR document.

Guys, May I asked why are you linking your PR card application to your CIC if you already received eCOPR? What other information I can get by linking the PR Card application?
