London UK Visa office - Contact - Study permit

Has anyone received a response from the London visa office for study permit. I have not heard anything from them 8 weeks after giving biometrics. I raised a webform about my application status and they asked me to contact the London visa office for getting more information!
Does anyone know how to contact them?


I applied on April 4, 2021 and gave biometrics on May 3.
I applied from the Netherlands.

Country - India(Living in the Netherlands)
Visa applied - (Non SDS) April3
Biometrics - May 3
Medical- Waived due to residence in NL
Eligibility Review- Not started
Background Check- Processing

Exactly the same here. I have heard nothing and eligibility has not even started.

I applied on April 6, 2021 and gave biometrics on April 20th. Living in the UK.

I called the VAC, they gave me a mail ID. But I have mailed them twice in the last month, so I dont think they are responding - Its LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca

Medical not required.

That's amazing. So they didn't even start an eligibility review for you, it just went straight to PPR?

Yes so basically, they didn't update anything in between I guess
today I got the biometrics correspondence and passport request that's it

I see that only one applicant among us in this forum has received a final decision,if I am correct,I think everyone else has exceeded their processing times.Are you all planning to raise web form to London Visa Office?
