Please share your experience with study permit application from London (UK) office here. I have applied visa on 3 March and going to study at Memorial University of Newfoundland.

For me it was pretty quick, see the timeline below my username. (I'm currently studying at MUN.) But my application was actually processed in Vegreville since I'm from one of the visa exempt countries mentioned in this bulletin. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2011/ob304.asp
