IELTS expired after ITA and before AOR ?????

I recived my PNP ITA on 7th July 2021. My complete application is valid and updated.My IELTS expire on 7th Aug 2021 (I am cosidering ielts exam result day as start) Do I need to take IELTS again?

As long as you submit your application before your IELTS expire, you won't need to redo them.

Also, if you're not sure you'll be able to submit your application before 07 AUG, it's best to book a test date asap whilst allowing enough time in between getting your results and the expiry date of your ITA.

Hi Waleed. All your documents get locked at AOR. I hope you have received your AOR by now. You won’t have to give a new ielts then.

My wife is primary. We got our local PCC however my UK PCC is still pending which may come after IELTS expirt? Can i submit my ITA withput it for time being. I have done medical and local pcc

Yes, if you're reaching the deadline you can submit. Make sure you include a letter explaining why you don't have the PCC, and include any documents that show that you have applied for it (a receipt or something like that).

Thank you so much @legalfalcon . One final query. I have my country PCC, my wife and me have completed medical except she hasnt completed x ray as she is pregnant. My other country PCC is dispatched but not received yet because of heavy rain and covid. I cant track it. Shall I go ahead with my submission or wait till a day before IELTS expiry? as per result date 7th Aug 2021 is IELTS expiry.

If any of your documents are expiring, like IELTS, it is better to submit your application well before the expiry date. If any of your documents are missing, you can include a LoE and explain that they are pending and will be submitted as soon as they arrive. Make sure that you provide proof that you have applied for those documents, such as any payment receipts, forms etc.
