He is one of the top ones. Try Adela Crossley. You must have in mind how much understanding of your country the lawyer has and if he does quite a number of appeal cases from your country.I'm in Toronto too, I'll appreciate if you please suggest one the best among 'em, btw how you rate John Savaglio if he's not in your bucket list, but he charge too much
Sorry to hear about that. Appeal is the way to go, if you have compelling reasons to overcome IFAJust had words with lawyer, he received email, unfortunately i got negative decision, he said IFA is the primary reason, will apeal
Actually he was my lawyer, but someone told me couple of more, who just got positive decision on their appeal, and country of origin is sameHe is one of the top ones. Try Adela Crossley. Yeah, appeal is the way forward, and have compelling reasons to justifySorry to hear about that. Appeal is the way to go, if you have compelling reasons to overcome IFA
What country are you from? If you are not willing to say what area of the world and what acceptance rate do asylum claims have from your home country? You will need to verify if legal aid is paying for appeals. They weren't for a while unless they felt there was an extremely good of approval but due to decreased asylum seekers this year they may have the budget to cover more cases.Hearing went smoothly and not expecting this decision honestly, its like a shock to me
Country of origin is only a small part of the asylum case so you can't really compare your case to others unless approval rates from the country are almost 100% or you have very similar cases and IFA wasn't an issueActually he was my lawyer, but someone told me couple of more, who just got positive decision on their appeal, and country of origin is same
Law Society of BC does not provide legal aid for Appeal. Dont know about other province. Most likely, applicant will pay lawyer to AppealWhat country are you from? Depends on the province. Ontario had stopped funding appeals unless there was an extremely high chance of success for budget reasons and focused on making sure initial hearing were all covered but that may have changed due to the decrease in application. People should definitely determine whether they will qualify for legal aid before signing any documents with a lawyer.Law Society of BC does not provide legal aid for Appeal. Great then, you can discuss discounts and payment plan with him as long as your spirit works with him and you have seen and heard about his success rate with RAD. I wisjActually he was my lawyer, but someone told me couple of more, who just got positive decision on their appeal, and country of origin is same
I'm from Pakistan, but the groups who are behind me, operate all over the country and been established in NDP very precisely, even my lawyer had established this only point for half an hour but he didn't buy his argument, member has no issues whatsoever with my credibilityWhat country are you from? I'm not taking legal aid lawyer anywaysWhat country are you from? If you are not willing to say what area of the world and what acceptance rate do asylum claims have from your home country? Thanks for your compliments. Sincerity submission requires candid opinion. If we all will be sincere with ourselves here, things will be much easier. I wish you success as much as I wish for myself in the RAD.Always like your honest opinion.
I have discussed with him, he seems pretty much optimistic as member accepts my case credible, but the only point need to be proven is IFA which actually he clarified comprehensively in his submission, I'm hopeful that IA decision will turn into my favor
All you can do is appeal. Pakistan is a country which tends to be hit or miss in terms of approval plus is such a complex country when it comes to geopolitical issues that can be regional or affect the whole country.I'm from Pakistan, but the groups who are behind me, operate all over the country and been established in NDP very precisely, even my lawyer had established this only point for half an hour but he didn't buy his argument, member has no issues whatsoever with my credibility
