I called an agent today and still no new news on my file after 3 months and a week!!!
She said she would send an email to the member for a follow-up!
I am really frustrated.
Is there a max waiting time to get the notice?!

On a same boat bro... 3 months and counting... There is no time frame for waiting, all depends on member, do you know what was your member's name was, we might have same member

I would firstly like to thank you all for supporting throughout, I had my hearing today and by the grace of Allah I got the approval on table.. It last for two and half hours approximately.. Questions were more related to my past experiences and only few questions were asked from BOC.
Member paid lot of attention to IFA and State protection.
But by the help of Allah I was approved.

Thanks and I hope everyone on this form gets approved.

I am in Montreal. I just remember her first name was Sara. The agent called me back this afternoon and said she did a follow-up with the member and the member has not made a decision yet. She said the average waiting time is about 45 days.

Please keep us in your prayers too, as we are awaiting our decision for 3 months but its not been rendered, going through immense frustration, even though hearing went fine, no tough time by the member but delayed in decision is not understandable

I am very sure you will get your positive decision soon. If you feel you had a smooth hearing then I am sure its positive.. I can understand its hard to wait. but victory comes with patience..
