1st refusal:
Application submitted: May 12
Biometrics compeleted: May 14
Medical passed(upfront): June 7
Eligibility and Additonal documents PCC: June 10
Refusal and BVL: June 14

Second application:
Application resubmitted: June 18
Eligibility and medical passed(from previous application): July 1
no update since then.
Patiently waiting
Can i get ppr soon?

There 4 reasons. I really made a lot of time to work for my study plan. I really hope, this one is getting a good sign. The last one refused me quickly but this time i think they're reviewing thoroughly. I also hope for your good update on your status.

PH VO is one of the best when it comes to leniency & approvals. You have a good chance. I just came across a candidate with this profile

Age - 36 (single)
IELTS - Not provided
POF - Only pay stubs, no bank statement, no GIC.
Course - Graduate Certificate
Currently resides in UAE but filed lodged in Philippines
Got approved in first try

There are many from PH with such profiles so don't loose hope.

I had almost the same happened. Submitted may 8,biometrics may 14, refusal with 4 reasons - may 21, reaplied june 3, refusal july 7 with 2 reasons.
