I am going to take GRE exam and change University in world top 1000, now I am planning University of Winsdor, Ms in economics, as my bachelor is International Economic Relations and my work is also in Government Structure.

I recieved twice from MBA UCW and also going to change my Univrrsity. Did you mentioned about your previous 2 refusals in your SOP and why you changed the university?

This was my 2nd attempt at that time I was working at the MoF, letter dated in May 24. In June I wrote letter for resignation and since July 1, I am working as a monitoring and assessment specialist in one Water Project at the expense of IFI.

Another Issue is that I am not working as a senior economist at the Ministry of Finance now and working as a monitoring and assessment specialist at one Project Implementation Unit. How can I prove that this Ms of Economics will provide me a better future?

One more advantage from applying to Canada is my fingerprints and photo already taken, and I have pay only visa fee 150 cad for applying. If I try other country I might lose another 3000 us dollars.

Because we have deserts that people can not leave there. And I am not going to change one crowded to the other one.

And also, I heard today a student who applied with me at the same date got approved visa today and I am really admiring her.

To say honestly, after one more careful thinking, I admit I have no other choice except Canada. Australia is closed now due to covid 19, UK has corona crisis, Germany wont improve my english, I dont like US because it is so crowded and there are too many illegal immigrants.

I will do it so that people like you do not say that after getting refusal I am blaming that country.

Does this university improve my chances of getting study permit?
