Hi everyone. I got refusal for study visa yesterday and want to kindly ask your help about that. My profile;
Bachelor's in Business Administration with GPA of 3.92 out of 4.00
Language Test Duolingo 110 points ( I know its low and I will take 8 weeks of EAP course)
Age:32 Work Experience: over 8 years and currently working in governmental organisation as a specialist
Course: George Brown College Analytics for Business Decision Making (pgd 1 year)
Applied along with my spouse (TRV for her )
I am going to order gcms notes but the reasons with the refusal letter are:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the limited employment prospects in your country of residence.
I have an allowance of 1 year based on laws of my country and I will not quit my job and my employer can not fire me within this period. I told about this in my SOP that I will return my current job and look for more managerial positions but one of rejection reasons is about limited employment prospects. How can this be a reason ? Strangely this reason is also given for my spouse's TRV refusal. what is wrong with my profile and how can I overcome this situation ? I appreciate all your answers. Thanks in advance..
