@seadrag0n Thanks for the quick reply.It's not required during e-APR but you will get ADR for it later so better to upload them now to avoid any unnecessary delay. You also need to provide a signed Schedule 4 form.
I'm a bit new to these terms. Im assuming e-APR is the period after I receive my ITA until AOR (their acknowledgement of a complete application/submission).
So, from what i understand, i think its safe to upload the PNP Certificate after I get the ITA may be the next week's draw,
