Hi , Thanks for the revert. I have multiple tattoos and I was not asked to do any tattoo related test. I have given my upfront medicals from Australia. No questions asked about tattoo while doing the examination. I’m surprised to hear about this.

PCC has to be submitted for the country that you lived in more than 6 months. In your case you need to get a PCC for India and Nepal, also any other country you had lived more than 6 months. Hope this clarifies (:
