Hello. I want to apply to sponsor my spouse and mu dependent child from a previous partner. Can i apply them in one application? With my spouse as the principal applicant even its not our child together and my spouse dependent child either. Thank you

Yes, you can - no issue as long as you have custody and/or permission of the other parent, etc.
