Yes, they are very efficient. Submitted my file and gave me tracking number within 5/6 hours of payment. Hassle free and easy process. Would highly recommend if you find raising gcms on your own confusing and difficult.

Usually, GCMS notes take about a month, I believe.
Yes, standard timeline says 30-35 days, I had also applied while my PR journey few years back, but IRCC sought 90 days extension and I ended up getting GCMS after I landed in Canada

Do we get a notification/email letting us know that our VO received the requested documents when uploaded on GC key? Or is it just for webform?

I have a quick question, my spouse have done Biometric in April 2021 and on CIC website it does show Biometric Number etc but when I go to the bottom under BIOMETRIC section it still says "
