Hi,
I need some help. I've to send an important document that I got from the Iraqi consulate to Baghdad, from Canada. What's the best way to do it ? UPS? Fedex ? DHL? What is working there, in Iraq ?

Prices are insane. The document is just an envelope less than 50 grammes.

Anyone has an experience with shipping and sending from a country to Iraq ?

Thank you so much.

Use FedEx and dhl amazing service I have sent stuff from Canada to erbil no problem and same way to Canada from erbil too no problem at all
Thank you so much for your feedback. I wanted to use canadapost international, but I think I've to play it safe, my police certificate is in that document, so I've to pay the price to be safe, I don't trust canadapost when it comes to international shipping.

Why sent the police certificate there?

Actually, it's a pre-PCC. They gave me a sealed envelop that contains the signature of the consul, the request of the PCC and the proxy (I gave power of attorney to someone in Iraq to follow up my case). That document has to go to the ministry of home affairs, then to do ministry of foreign affairs. After the process in Baghdad, they will give back to my friend a sealed envelop that contains the PCC. To be valid, this PCC has to be signed one more time by the consulate of Iraq in Montreal. It means, my representative has to send me back the new sealed envelop.

That's so complicated compared to France (or any European countries) where I got my PCC online within one day :)

Ah, I see, that does sound painful.

Hey,
Still waiting for Amman to show up.
The only thing we did is to upaload the CSQ in Amman WebForm
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/contact-ircc/offices/international-visa-offices/amman.html
We got an answer few weeks later saying :

Dear Sir/ Madame,
Thank you for your email.
This is to confirm that the documents sent have been received.
Please note that your file is in queue for an officer to review. If we require any further information/documents, or when a decision is made, we will be in contact with you.
