Could you kindly point me to any recent threads with more details regarding that?
I'm in a similar situation, Inland spousal sponsorship class and received my eCOPR on June 29th, 2021 from the Montreal office and am trying to get an idea of how long it could take to receive my (obviously 1st) PR card.

Portal received on - July 12th 2021
Uploaded address and photo - July 13th 20201
Got ecopr - July 14th 2021
Got 1st photo rejected - August last week 2021
Uploaded new photo - September 4th 2021
PR card received on - Still waiting as of writing this

Damn that sucks bro. Have you contacted IRCC on why its getting late ? Ive tried a couple of times and didn't get any reply from them
Got eCOPR on April 12th (Application originally submitted March 2020). Photos sent end of May to Etobicoke… nothing yet.
