From the second link I posted. On March 31, 2021, IRCC launched an online permanent residence application portal enabling applicants who apply for select economic permanent resident programs to submit their applications online. These programs include
- Non-Express Entry (base) Provincial Nominee Program
Wow I haven’t heard of this! This is good news then. I’ll do my research cos I know people still submit by mail to Sydney Nova Scotia. From the second link I posted.
What do you mean previous? So if we get nominated this month or next month, we have to apply for paper based still? The portal can be used for all previous paper based (pnp) applications
Thank you, no I’m not yet nominated. Still on decision in progress since June 21 so hoping to get the result hopefully this week or next week. I just want to prepare early with PR applications and honestly, I prefer online than mail.no, you can use the portal, as the OINP program is a PNP program which is a category accepted by the portal. The documentation probably just has not been updated which refers to paper mailing of application
Let’s update each other here. When did your status changed to DIP?yes in the same boat. I will definitely apply online as well! Hopefully faster processing time
