Any update on NDVO when it is going to Open and start processing our applications. In General, Delhi seems to be open and I wish NDVO should also open and start working.

Ankara has responded today but their message was as weird as yours. So, they are requesting:
1. Medicals - we did it back in February.
2. Application form - again? It was submitted as a part of the initial submission. I can resubmit though. Did you receive a similar request? What did you reply?
3. Police Certificate - OK, will do
4. Travel records - OK, will do
5. Mom's divorce papers. Who said she got divorced, do they even read the application?

They asked me for the following documents:
1- IMM 5562
2- Medical exam
3- PCC
4- Birth certificate for my dad only

I submitted all documents last week and added a cover letter and explained that they medical in Feb. this year and included the medical completion forms that I received from the doctor.

So they were waiting for you to inquire about your case and came back with all these required documents?? Last time I emailed them they sent me the general response of "Don't worry! it's because of COVID". What did you ask in your email? I am going to send an email as well

This is a part of their email that I received:

• Please complete the following forms as listed below for you. Use the most recent version of the forms available here:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/index.asp

- (IMM 5562) Supplementary Information – Your Travels- for yourself and your dependents

I believe it means that I need to submit IMM 5562 only. That is what IRCC call center also told me. Only IMM 5562 was listed not all of the application forms.

Try calling the IRCC call center earlier in the morning.
This is how I realized that they have sent me an email which I never received. Then I emailed them that I was told that you sent me a request on this date which I never received and they replied.

Great. You are completely right. When I am rereading my email I see the same, so I should only send IMM5562 and enclose an explanation letter and explain re medicals and divorce papers. Thanks!!!

I was actually expecting the same. This is what I sent to them, nothing fancy:

Hello,

I would like to inquire on my mother’s application for permanent residence through the parent sponsorship program. Application number XXXXXXXXXX, Name AAAAAAAA, DOB AAAAAAAA. I understand that Covid slows most activities down but we have applied more than two years ago and want to see progress on the application.

Thank you,
AAAAAAA
