Yes, this is your pre arrival letter and no action is needed on your side. Most probably your PA passed the eligibility. You might get DM or even PPR in days or weeks or couple of months. You might also receive ADR. There is no certain scenario.I got the following today in gckey
Introduction to Pre-Arrival Services
this is just an FYI from IRCc right? No action needes on my part?
Is this what everyone calls the “pre-arrival letter”?

Hi All,
Today marks the 30-day I did my Medical Exam, and today it says in GCKey:
- We did not receive the results of your required medical exam. Check your medical exam request message below for details.
We got MR on May 25, I got Medical Exam completed on June 6, today is June 25.. What do I do now? DO I tell my Applicant to call the hospital where we did Medical Exam? or do I call/email or contact IRCC by phone or email?
I already sumbitted it through this webform for IRCC Canada:Send medical results by email to your VO
I already sumbitted it through this webform for IRCC Canada:

For Amman VO, should I contact them through web form? Or just do basic email?

not sure.. Send them by email too.
