Are there ever any live agents who answer calls to the IRCC phone number from within Canada? Not been able to reach a live person and very frustrated!

have been trying to talk to a live agent over a month now. No success

My Parent's application was also in "Application Received" status until June 17th 2021 and then moved to "In Progress" now.
Note: I applied on June 27th 2019 and received AOR on Jan 2021

No communication as of yet. I am also unable to find / link parents application to online portal. Web form just sends back general issues to linking online application. Calling into 1888-242-2100 says we are still processing application, not able to talk with a representative tough.

Any help would be appreciated.

Application dated 5th jun, 2018. Decision pending . Only frustration. How they are approving application of 27 jun but application of 5th jun is pending

Same here! June 4 applicant. Biometrics and medical completed in december 2019. Additional details like travel history, resume etc sent to cpc mississauga in early 2020. No updates since then. Parents have been in india all this time.

Same as your case. June 5, CPC-M, all docs provided by Dec 2019, no final DM yet.

ECAS chend to DM for sponsor on june08 but not recived SA letter yet (expecting email ).
Is it normal?

When is additional document requested? Is it requested through SA letter or separate email? I was wondering even after Medical they can request additional Docs or usually medical is tge last step?

I have a question about IMM5562 E.
In the letter from London office it says:
IMM5562: Supplementary Information - Your Travels for you and your accompanying dependants. This must be received at this office by: 2021/07/09
In the form it says:
The principal aplicant must complete this form.

This line is really confusing, since I don`t undestand, is this form must filled out by principal applicant only, or for spouce and dependant too?
Please advise.

Do we have to submit the updated schedule form (IMM-5569) for all the applicants or just for the principal application?
Do we have to submit the supplementary information - travels (IMM-5562) form for all the applicants or just for the principal application?

On my CIC portal, I only see one file can be uploaded per form? How do you guys submit multiple forms when it is only accepting one file?

For the signature, does it have to by done by hand? Should my parents print the form, sign in and scan it? Please advice?

Hi, instead of replying to the original email sent by the visa office for additional documents, I sent in a new email with the documents attached to the email and then sent a web form. Would it be acceptable or should I send everything again but in reply to the request email from the visa office? 30 days have already passed now and I realized this late. Thanks
