Hey Raj, have a question for you! I was seeing at my GCMS again today after couple of months, and noticed that my primary office is Edmonton, Secondary office is Saskatoon and Event office is also Saskatoon!

what does this mean by Event office and why secondary office is still Stoon, i moved a few months ago from Stoon and updated address to Edmonton.
Interesting. Where do you see "Event Office" in the notes? I can't seem to find it in mine.

There is no problem if the secondary office is Saskatoon because a file transfer might have taken place, where your application was sent from Saskatoon to Edmonton. So, this might explain why Edmonton is your primary office and Saskatoon is secondary.

Yea it’s on the very first page of notes! You are right they transferred file from Stoon to Edmonton. Why i asked this question because somebody had posted in a Facebook group yesterday that he/she moved to another city about a year after submitting application and updated the address; however received test invite from the office where they have submitted the application not the one which is closest to them now!

Okay I see it.

For me, both "Event Office" and "Event Jurisdiction" are blank. Secondary office is "GTA - CEN IRCC" and Primary office is "Mississauga".

I think "Event Office" is where the "events" are scheduled - Test, Interview and oath. When you receive a test invitation, check the email ID from where the test invite is sent and it will likely be from Saskatoon IRCC email ID.

I just got the email notification for my test and in it, it says this:

I might not need to travel at all. I will contact them and tell you how they respond.
Very keen to see what the response was....

This resolves all the issues for applicants to be inside Canada when taking the test

Hello, are you outside Canada ? Did you update your address to a non Canada address or did you leave your address as a Canadian address?
Are you able to take the test from outside Canada ?
Thank you so much for your help!
