I used to cross border to usa on truck. I don't know that count as foreign experience.Do you have any foreign experience? I suspect that is making them take longer..
That's sad to hear. But it is actually specified that documents be scanned in color even if the document is in black & white.Hi. I got my ITA on 14th Feb and AOR on 10th May but today I got rejected because the original birth certificate (of my daughter that is independent and married) was not in the color scan. Can you believe that? I only submitted the translated birth certificate.
Pls don't think you are the only such person. My AOR is 8th April, and I didn't even have my medical passed yet. In fact, I was asked for another X-Ray which should be done at least 3 months after the original X-Ray. I have just got it done on 21st June & it is yet to be submitted. So, even for passing thmedicals, it may take me 3 months from the AOR date, which usually happens within 10-15 days for most applicants. My AOR : 15 April, but didn't get any update till now. I am the only one like this in this group ?
Congrats to everyone who got email.
Yes the original is black and white. And I did not add the original scan, only the translated one. That's sad to hear. But it is actually specified that documents be scanned in color even if the document is in black & white.
What should I do now?Yes the original is black and white. And I did not add the original scan, only the translated one.
Yes, I did not know that I have to add documents in another language, I uploaded only translated documents. What should I do now? That's sad to hear. But it is actually specified that documents be scanned in color even if the document is in black & white.
Unfortunately, this is beyond my knowledge. You could try to order GCMS notes and have them reconsider/re-open your case but I'm not sure how to do that. Try asking legalfalconYes, I did not know that I have to add documents in another language, I uploaded only translated documents. What should I do now?
I do not know as I never asked gcms note or called.Congrts. May I know your VO?
Same thing happened to me .I got a request to pay RPRF on May 21st paid it the same date ADR section turned to not applicable immediately. I heard nothing back so I called IRCC on June 18th to verify that they got the document as I did not know why the section was saying not applicable. The client support worker confirm that they got it on may 21st. This morning got a message in my email saying We successfully received your document, does this mean that a agent finally got back to my file and checked the document and possibly started processing my application again as only background check needs to be started everything else is completed. AOR April 11 background changed from we are processing to your background is in progress on May 21st
