PR Application cancelled as incomplete

I submitted my express entry profile on April 28, 2021 and I got reply today saying my application has been cancelled as incomplete.

It says: Specifically, your application does not include the following elements:
Canadian Education Credential:
o Proof of your completed Canadian credential (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) was not provided with your application. This document is required based on the education details you provided in your Express Entry profile. The letter of explanation and/or the transcripts you have provided with your application have been reviewed, however, the document(s) provided do not overcome the requirement of providing a completed Canadian credential (Degree/Diploma/Certificate from HUMBER COLLEGE). Applications submitted without proof of information provided in your Express Entry profile cannot be considered complete.

I have 2 years diploma and submitted all the documents including official transcripts and graduation letter. What should I do?? HELP ME!!! Thank you in advance

You should provide (Degree/Diploma/Certificate).

And create a new profile in EE right now! Because tomorrow mostly will invite CEC.

She already provided them transcripts and graduation letter . I think it was enough. What else we can provide them as proof of study?

There is official requirement to provide the copy of actual Diploma. It is included in the list of documents on cic website

Yes but we only get graduation letter Nd transcripts from college.

Diploma is a separate document that is awarded and usually is given at convocation. If you cant attend convocation you can pick it up in the college office or it can be shipped to you.

Did you submit the degree/diploma? If not, that's the reason for the rejection. Diploma copy is a MUST.

Hi I am in similar situation my pr application is also cancelled due to missing diploma/ certificate. I hired a representative but she didn’t tell me that diploma/ certificate is must. She submitted only official transcript and completion letter in my application. I have very low crs score it’s hard for me to reapply and to get invitation again I requested for reconsideration. Did you raised case specific enquiry? How many days they replied back to you ?

Firstly, I am so sorry to hear that. I can understand the frustration and stress. I did raise webform with diploma certificate and asked them to reconsider. They replied me back after 2.5 months and just said “we cannot reopen the case as your application for incomplete”. I am sorry to say but they won’t reconsider it. Only way is to create new profile and wait for ITA.

Thank you for your reply. I have concern that how did you create new EE profile? Did you continue an application that already started in gckey account showing timeline of 60 days? Or Created fresh EE profile?

I applied through provincial nomination. My application was cancelled as incomplete. I have opened a new EE profile since February. I also sent mails to MPNP to transfer my nomination to my new EE profile. No response till date. What can I do?
