Do I need to update my address with IRCC after decision made and COPR issued?

Just as the title suggests. I (the sponsor)moved back to Canada before my wife (who is the applicant) and I was preparing to submit my proof of the move to IRCC to show proof of intent to return to Canada. In the meantime, my wife got approval and COPR. Should I bother updating my address as a sponsor at this point?

I'd say it makes sense to if also address where your spouse will be residing when she arrives. That way no question about where to send PR card, etc.

Got it. I’m actually moving into a house into a month that will serve as my permanent address. Should I just wait for that?

Personal opinion - I'd wait. And web form fine
