Hello Everyone

File Received.18 March-2020

AOR-October-2020

Medical-October 2020

Bio Metric-December-2020

File transfer toNDVO. In October-2020

Pri Arrival for my Wife -February-2021

Asked ADR for my Wife and Son - Feb 2020

submitted via Web Form and Paper application at NDVO in February -2021

since then no Update on ECAS as well as GCKey.

receiving only Computer generated e mail.

Any one in this forum having same situation like me after submitting ADDITIONAL documents at NDVO. And then complete silence.
Please share your inputs so that I can come to know. Right now we all are eagerly awaiting something to happen and Move our file to next step. It’s been nearly 3 and half months after submitting Additional documents no update.

E cas - In process.

GC key - checking background and eligibility.

Please I request you all if you have any idea when I can here something from NDVO.

called call centre- reply is that they don’t have any access to NDVO.

We also got pre arrival in February and complete silence since then.

Hi Menaka,

I am in the same situation, additional documents were requested and submitted.
Since submission the status still shows awaiting ADR. Its been like that the past 3 months.
And our application has crossed the year mark.

Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC)- and the number I try is 1-888-242-2100
We tried that one too.. No response.

Also, some people get DM and even PPR the same day with their pre arrival. Some get DM weeks later and PPR months later. So you never know for sure. Let's hope for the better and sooner)

Same thing for me , yesterday got pre arrival and in process in ecas
March 23 , 2020 applicant , VO Warsaw

Thank you ! We have a lawyer representing us, so we do not have access to GCKey. I think we passed eligibility part and now they are doing background check . I am actually using IRCC automated system ( their 1-888-242-2100 number ) to get application status from time to time , it’s more up to date than ecas

Wow that can be really stressful anyways you can.
1. Call IRCC, send a webform, or email to the CPC. Or try the GCMS notes if it is possible to get it.
2. Find out from your dispatch center to verify that your file reached the Processing Center and if possible get a note as evidence to IRCC.
3. Involve your MP since it's been over a year already.
4. Last move is to re apply, but not the best thing to do. I heard of some people who withdraw their file only to re apply. But please Don't make this an option.

The other 3 options should work out.
