Any updates? My AOR is April 2019 last update since October 2019 medical result have been result since then no update, I feel so frustrated it’s been over 2 years now my application

I applied on June 26th, 2020 with an outland spouse, I got an email from IRCC yesterday for information on the PR Confirmation portal. Does anyone receive the same email?

@Lobsterman I didn't. Not sure how the PR portal will work because they clearly say on the letter that in order to use PR portal all your family members must be in Canada.
In my case my dependent got a PPR a month ago but no news after.
@yasirhashmi15 So the PPR received after you send the reply to CIC (PR confirmation portal)?
I send an email saying my spouse is in India
@Lobsterman On 12th May I got a passport and photos request. My outland dependent already submitted her passport and photos on 18th May and since we are waiting while I told IRCC that I am already in Canada visa webform on a same day 12th May. On 20th May I got a request to pay RPRF.
So after receiving PPR I told them.
I think my case is different, I got the portal yesterday. They told me to send all the details of mine and spouse, I have sent all of the details yesterday. I am waiting for the credentials.
@Lobsterman Before getting Portal details, did you told them your spouse is not in Canada regardless that was mentioned in your application?
Yes, I replied saying my Spouse is not Canada, and I have provided all the details asked in the letter
@Lobsterman Could you please share your timelines? it's good they know your spouse is not in Canada and they still send you portal details. From what I have seen from peoples letter it says in order to use portal, your all family members must be in Canada.
