CEC Principal Applicant (Inland) Dependent Outland (Wife and Child)

I am a Principal CEC applicant and 2 outland dependents (Wife and Child), For Outlanders dependents I have a couple of doubts

1. Outlanders should go to Medicals after submission of the application, If yes, should we explain in the letter of explanation? After that should we wait for an instruction letter from IRCC?

2. Outlanders should give biometrics after submission of the application, should we wait for an instruction letter from IRCC?

3. Should we give biometrics for Children (2 years)?

3. Can we do PCC (India) for outlanders before getting ITA?

4. I have worked for 1 company in India (ABC India Pvt Ltd) and transferred to Canada under ICT, and the Canadian company name is ( ABC ULC Services). The company
provided only a single reference letter for both India and Canada. Is it okay?

Could you please help me to clarify my doubts, I really appreciate your help.

Upfront medical are available i have done that before recieving invitation letter more over for biometric once you are done with AOR and medical update you will get BIL then book Biometric date
