I'd suggest people to call if they're close to the processing time mark. Just ask if eligibility has passed.

It will help if I say I start a new job on Monday? Which is true. I’m worry about the company decided pause my job offer while I’m in this process

No it won’t the reason is I am in same situation as yours.
I told them the same thing but they have given me a mail which mentioned if you have valid study permit, SIN and graduation letter or official transcript with you then you are allowed to work full time in till the decision has been made.
But that won’t put your file in priority.

My application got updated today. I saw "Application Updated" but it got changed to "submitted" again. I didn't get any email though. I applied on May 9th.

What is implied-status letter ? What information does this letter bear ?

Which processing time is accurate? Like I applied on 14th may and then the processing time was 37 days. Now it’s 42 days, so which processing time applies to me?

Correct, I think most people get those WP-EXT 24 Hours after.
