yes basically implied status you can submit a letter of explanation stating that you have applied for PGWP

Yeah i'm having issues with it also, I managed to get in once but it hasn't worked since, I think its just being buggy, will probably be up later today.

I can’t log in either but was able to check my account early this morning. No updates yet applied on May 16.
