It might be helpful if you say what province you are in, so others from the same can help you.. For example in MB it's on the front and starts with your last name and then initials and then numbers. Ex: SM-IT-HJQ-1234FR

Got call from Passport office today. They wanted to confirm something.

I got my certificate... not my passport. The passport was sent on June 3, but the tracking doesn't have a date they expect delivery.

14 days is the maximum that I saw recently, so either tomorrow or the latest day after, you should see some progress.

Mine didn't get any calls, so they won't necessarily call. Just frustrated that my passport is in the netherworld and no way to track it. :/
