I understand. But with UCI only, it doesn't help (on my case, just corrected few little errors). That means the Enquiry should have Apps #, then officer may find it. I think at the present, there is no link from web-form to TR to PR pathway yet. Or with AOR, it may has its way to link (?)

*I heard that someone wants to withdraw from TR to PR, still have to wait - even web-from has function "Withdrawal of application"

This is in the reply email:

We verified the information you provided and can confirm that your information appears that you do not currently have an application in process with IRCC.
For this reason, the information you provided will not be added to your file.

Thank you for extra info. Now I wonder if I should tell it to the chatty one o_O

Anyway,

>Assessing for misrepresentation
The procedures for determining misrepresentation, including procedural fairness, remain the same under Express Entry.<

**Procedural Fairness**

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/service-delivery/procedural-fairness.html

>Decision-makers are required to follow the rules of procedural fairness throughout the decision-making process.

Procedural fairness requires that applicants:
  • be provided with a fair and unbiased assessment of their application
  • be informed of the decision-maker’s concerns and
  • have a meaningful opportunity to provide a response to concerns about their application
The requirement for procedural fairness applies to all types of immigration and citizenship applications and all aspects of decision-making. <

So probably we will have a chance to explain. I saw someone put a post that IRCC promised that they will apply the same fairness to TR to PR program.

Good day,

Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.

We verified the information you provided and have forwarded it to the responsible office.

Furthermore, we are pleased to confirm that the application is still in process.

Due to the ongoing situation related to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), some IRCC offices are currently operating with reduced or critical staff only.

We are working on processing applications as quickly as possible; however, processing times are affected and any disruption caused by COVID-19 is not reflected accurately on our website. We will make all the necessary efforts to finalize the application as soon as possible.

Rest assured that you will be informed as soon as a decision is reached or if additional information is needed.

Furthermore, please note that there are two ways you can check your application status online. You can verify the status of your application:

Submitted by mail (if it was not linked to an online account):
by using the e-Client Application Status (e-CAS) online tool, which is updated daily.
Submitted online or submitted by mail and linked to an online account:
through your online account.
We hope the information provided is helpful in assisting you with your enquiry.

Looks like your case has an advantage over mine. Since you have the link and the app number.

* I just checked e-CAS . UIC doesn't work. It appears that anything relates to TR2PR , must have Appl. number.
