Bro, get a good lawyer and go from there. Every day counts. There’s nothing said here after this that would help your friend. It’s better to consult 1-2 immigration lawyers for advise. The sooner you appeal their decision the better before your file is transferred.

I also think so. But I caution otherwise. You cannot claim that you are not secured in your country and still travel there even though your protection claims have been removed - MISREPRESENTATION. But we can’t tell until we get an scapegoat. So I will advise to get your citizenship first and do whatever you want afterwards except criminal acts. PR does not vest permanency - meaning it can still be cancelled anytime.
