Just Google IRCC web form. It is very simple fill your detail that you know nd attach your proof of delivery . Mostly they answer within a week.

I did google and see below page.
https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx
And its asking for Client ID or Application #, which we dont have..What did you put here.????
I have used enquirer details as mine.. and put my sister's details in Application details section as was required.
Lets see

Just leave uci nd application no. as we dnt have . Fill the detail you have ,they will respond within weeks .
