Hello. I applied for my sister under HCCP in July 2020. It is May 2021 and I still haven't received the temporary file number or AOR. The documents were duly delivered in time to CPC-Edmonton's mailing address and I have proof of delivery as well. What to do?

Not sure what we can do in this case as now people from this year getting their AOR's..
May be they will be working on from last year applications as well..
Stay positive and wait as you haven't heard on rejection as well.
Check on the website if they have any contact details to contact...

Just raise web form nd attach your proof of mail , leave space that asking for uci nd file number as we dnt know. I did nd after 2 days got temporary file number.

So are you independent applying or and have external employer? as in our case I am employer for my sister..

Just Google IRCC web form. It is very simple fill your detail that you know nd attach your proof of delivery . Mostly they answer within a week.
