Mine does not have that. Am using a lawyer. He said to get police report for me and my husband that the kids don’t need it. That means the application includes him.
Its goot but my lawyer told me different he said you have sponsor after you got your COPR

Mine said the same thing but that we should just include it and see what they will do. But they approved it
They have not approved anything. The approval is for meeting up all requirements for the Pathway.
Your AIP is what they call Approval in Principle.
You will need to your COPR first before you can sponsor him
When you came into Canada, you did Biometrics.Did your hubby at anytime did Biometrics?
Fyi,they never asked anyone abroad to pay for PR application not until you get your COPR.

am getting worried
Keep your hope high and don't loose your faith. No news is good news. Have you tried to call or your lawyer tried to?

Guys that my friend i mentioned earlier about got refusal for the application and the reason stated in the letter was that the wife did not make 120 hours between March and August 2020.The total hours submitted was 768.2 hours And the wife started work in May 9,2020.So My friend is confused.Anyone know who had similar experience and what they did?

Hi, I don’t get it, doesn’t she know if she made the 120 hours or not?
She should get her paystubs together and make the calculations and I want to believe there is an administrative office where she works who can confirm if indeed she made the 120hrs during that period.
If she did make it gather all these evidences and re-submit.
But I want to believe IRCC must have made their investigation before replying.
Forget the total hours now, the main thing is the 120hours.
Moreover what proofs did she include when she sent in her application the first time ?
